Base oil which the largest constituent at between 70-90% is charged into the blending kettle at prescribed proportions based on a formulation for a desired end product. The product is allowed to mix to desired viscosity and this is followed by addition of various additives to achieve desired properties. The final product is then packed from 500ml to 210Ltr packaging, dependent on customer requirement
